2. A tongue patch diet

3. Consumption of tapeworms
Some people are even willing to swallow tapeworms with the aim of losing weight. This method can indeed lose weight because by swallowing tapeworms, the body has a parasitic infection that eats food directly from the intestine.
Tapeworm infection in the digestive system is called taeniasis. 4. Cigarettes

The Breatharian diet was created by the spiritual group Breatharian who claims that people don't need to eat food to survive because we can get nutrients only from the sun. The risk, this diet method can cause hunger and dehydration. Many people have tried this method and then abandoned the technique when they lost weight quickly.

One of them is Verity Linn, a 49-year-old Australian citizen who was found in emaciated condition on a mountain in northwestern Scotland in 1999, along with a diary which tells of a 21-day fasting trip and a copy of a book belonging to the founder of Breatharianism, known as Jasmuheen.
Horrified right? Instead of getting an ideal and healthy body, the diet method above actually endangers health.
