Diet Without Exercise

Diet without exercise can be done. Typically, diet is done by reducing caloric intake and offset by exercise to burn calories. However, for people who have health reasons, exercising to burn calories in order to diet can be eliminated.

If choosing a diet without exercise, you should really pay attention to caloric intake. The good news, reducing calories through dietary changes seems to lose weight more effectively than physical activity and exercise. But of course the diet combined with exercise will help burn more calories.


If you choose a diet without exercise, there are several ways to do, namely:

Eating more slowly
Do not rush while eating. Enjoy each bite and chew slowly. Eating slowly means allowing the body to send signals to the brain that the stomach is full. Brain also will be easier to give a signal if you start overeating. This method is seen as an easy diet

Consumption of lean protein
Protein allows you to hold your appetite and help you feel better for longer. Meet your protein needs by consuming non-fat protein sources, such as tofu, eggs, poultry, beef, dairy products, and nuts.

Consumption of healthy snacks
If you want to eat snacks, choose a low-calorie healthy snack. For example yoghurt, boiled egg, or ¼ cup peanuts. Eating a snack can help you stay full until the main meal time arrives. At the time of eating the main meal, your appetite becomes kept controlled. The right snack time is a few hours between meals.

Eat more vegetables
Fiber and water in vegetables can help you lose weight. Therefore, fiber and water will make you feel full with fewer calories than other foods. Both of these substances will also replace the calories you get when eating other foods.

Get enough sleep
Enough sleep at night can help your diet. There are studies that say about 6 kg of weight decreases in a year if you sleep no less than 8 hours. The reason, to increase sleep time is to reduce your leisure time that is usually used to relax while eating snacks without thinking.

Drinking enough water
Sometimes thirsts feel like hunger. Drink water in an amount sufficient to thirst is not translating into hunger and makes you want to eat. Water also works to hydrate the body and is important in helping weight loss or diet without exercise. Keep in mind, choose whites and limit drinking water mixed with sugar or cream..
